Refund Policy
RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us at buttababee.com. We take pride in giving you the best product as much as possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, you may return any unopened, unused merchandise that has the security seal untampered with, within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. All refunds we be minus the shipping cost unless there was an error on our behalf. You can expect to receive your refund within two weeks after your package has been given to the return shipper. In most cases the refund will be processed more quickly.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We will not accept exchanges on items which have been damaged during shipping. Please contact the USPS and file a claim, if you have received an item that has been damaged during shipping. Due to the nature of the product, melting may occur during shipping in the hotter months (This is not considered to be a damaged or defective item). In order to ensure that you receive your item in its whipped state, you can select an expedited shipping method at checkout. Damaged or defective items due to our negligence we will gladly exchange. If you wish to exchange, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Butta Babee will cover shipping fees to send you the new item.
SHIPPING
All orders unless back or pre-ordered, orders will be processed and shipped in 2-3 business days. Once your item is scanned into the USPS system, it can take anywhere between 3-5 business days (not guaranteed) for your order to be delivered. All orders placed after 5pm eastern standard time will be considered next business day order(except for holidays and weekends). All orders submitted on weekends and holidays will process within the next 2-3 business days.
STOLEN OR LOST PACKAGES
Please note that due to the shipping method (which does not require a signature upon delivery) once an order is in the possession of the United States Postal Service, we are not responsible for packages that may get lost or misplaced. If in any event the USPS losses or misplaces your package, the customer will be required to file a claim with USPS and is aware that Butta Babee will not refund or reimburse any fees due to these circumstances.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
If a package is returned to Butta Babee due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost. We do not make any address adjustments unless notified. Please verify that your address is correct before finalizing your order. If you happen to catch that you entered the wrong address you can email us at contact@buttababee.com with the correct shipping address before your order is shipped. Butta Babee is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
